E.G.R. valve & pipe removal kit.  Includes blanking cap for outlet from exhaust manifold and blanking plates for the inlet manifold, Mazda MX-5 mk1 1.8, mk2 & mk2.5 1.6 & 1.8, UK models, 1994 to 2005.

The cap screws over the outlet in the exhaust manifold for the EGR pipe, so the pipe can be removed completely and the plates fit the holes in the inlet manifold where the EGR valve and the EGR pipe have been removed.

The cap is a CNC machined stainless steel cap with a special design to block off (cone vs. cone) the EGR pipe.

Please do not confuse this purpose machined product, with cheap dome nuts sold for the same purpose.

Before ordering, please double check with your exhaust manifold, that you need a cap, instead of the very rare bung (known to be needed on some USDM 99-00 1.8L cars).
